Finding, defending, and celebrating your worth can be a long journey, but it doesn’t have to be lonely one.

My goal is to not only be your coach, but to be your teammate as we practice good habits, self-love, and hold each other accountable. Read more about me and my philosophy to see if we’d make a good team. Or, let’s just chat.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I became a coach because I know what it feels like to conform to make others happy, to doubt your potential, and to sabotage your dreams. When I finally stopped trying to be everything to everyone else, I became my true authentic self. I never want anyone else to feel the way I felt for so long.

I love to laugh, travel, spend time with my family and friends, go on adventures, get my toes in the sand, watch a sunset fall into the ocean, play with my dog, workout, play volleyball, dream big, and love.

some of my AMAZING clients

My daughter was fortunate to participate in classes held by Gina King. She taught our daughter how to work with others in social environments, but also how to look inward and deal with the inner self and the conversations that occur within.

— SARAH, Group Coach Parent

Gina did an amazing job at connecting with each individual and asking thought provoking questions mixed with engaging exercises that brought our team closer together.

I would recommend Gina to anyone looking to improve their life!

— BRIAN, Corporate Event

Everything you desire is waiting for you — if you can just get out of your own way.
